1.1 Structure of the Agreement

By registering an account on bji baji or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have fully read and accepted these terms. These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, which describes in detail how your personal information is collected and used.

If you do not accept any part of these terms, please stop using this platform.

1.2 Changes and Updates

All services on bji baji are available only to persons aged 21 or above. By opening an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. It is your responsibility to prevent underage persons from using the platform.

If an account holder is found to be below the required age, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them may be suspended or cancelled and any earned bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and your own. bji baji reserves the right to cancel an account if false information is provided. It is your responsibility to update your information promptly if anything changes.

3.1 Responsibility for Login Credentials

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account, contact the bji baji support team immediately.

3.2 Liability for Unauthorised Access

All activity carried out using your login credentials will be considered your responsibility, unless you can prove that your credentials were stolen and you notified the relevant authorities in time.

3.3 Account Verification

bji baji may request to verify your identity at any time to ensure security and proper service. Failure to provide the required documents or information may result in your account activity being temporarily suspended.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bji baji is ৳100. All deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please verify the payment system details carefully before each transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Limits

bji baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend any deposit or withdrawal in cases of suspicious transactions or unusual activity. In such situations, the account holder will be notified and required information will be requested.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

bji baji processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in other currencies or cryptocurrency are not accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳3,000; before withdrawing winnings from this bonus, you must wager ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or betting activities.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period after the bonus is received.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• bji baji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if evidence of a violation of the terms is found.

5.3 VIP Program

The bji baji VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members receive up to 0.5%, and Gold members receive up to 0.8% weekly cashback, calculated based on that week's net losses.

6.1 Fraudulent Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account cancellation if detected:

• Abusing bonuses or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Using software or any automated method to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting any technical error or glitch on the platform.
• Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Misleading or defrauding other users.

6.2 System Violations

Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's servers or network, sending viruses or harmful code, or attempting to damage the system in any other way is strictly prohibited. Such activities may result in legal action.

The user bears full responsibility for any financial loss from betting or gaming. bji baji does not guarantee any specific outcome and makes no promise of winnings.

13.1 Language and Interpretation

13.2 Partial Invalidity

If any clause of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, all remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy together form the entire agreement between bji baji and the user. Any prior verbal or written discussions or understandings will not replace this agreement.
